Foundry
Foundry is the very initial stage of piston ring manufacturing process where the environment and strict quality control should be maintained for trouble free long life of the rings. Our company has in house sophisticated foundry where we use stack moulding process for the manufacturing casting of piston rings. We maintain strict quality control in this department and after the completion of this process the piston rings are moved to its further manufacturing process that is the machining plant. For fulfilling additional demand created from business opportunities our company added capacity expansion in the existing foundry.
